Steps to get your business started
An introductory online or face-to-face meeting is arranged with the client to determine their specific needs, while also getting to know them and their business
A dedicated proposal and a personalised quote is drawn up
Upon acceptance of quote, we will assist the client with creating their online accounting subscription and transferring their e-filing profiles to us
Guide the client through the process of linking bank feeds to the online accounting software
A complete Compliance Check is performed with SARS, Department of Labour, and the Workmens Compensation Fund (if applicable) to determine whether any arrears work needs to be done
Client is informed of their complete Compliance Status and services are commenced

Rijo Trading (Pty) Ltd started last year June 2021, but officially started trading in November 2021. I did all the admin and allocations of payments, invoices quotes etc. I then started to realise that I won't be able to handle the accounting and tax part of our company, and we like to do things right the first time.
